The assembly instructions are very poor... but once it's finally set up, works great. the monitor height is not easily adjustable though. Also the delivery by the seller Nerds was a week late than promised.

This is a great unit and I alternate between standing and sitting on an exercise ball every couple of hours. Looks better than its photo and worth the investment when amortized over several years. I'm 6'1. I started out with the less expensive desk unit several years prior but have gotten rid of my desk since. Both units have saved my back and neck. No drawbacks.

I used a desk top version at work and had been impressed by the quality, this one is even better. Came mostly assembled, remaining parts and instructions easy to use and well marked. The new control lever eliminates the occasional unintended lowering of the keyboard. What a pleasure to handle quality parts, they go together smoothly and seem up to their required tasks. I've been standing at work for awhile, once you get used to it you will never go back. Can't recommend this product enough
